The sitting area is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfort atmosphere in a addition to a cozy space by an indoor chimney. The sitting area is attached to a large balcony with an open view that will let you enjoy the beauty of the mountains.
On the second floor the villa features two master bedrooms, providing privacy and comfort for couples, along with an additional bedroom equipped with a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed, accommodating larger groups or families.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and electronics, making it convenient for you to prepare your own meals and enjoy dining together.
Rest assured, the area is highly secured, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay. Villa Verde is the ideal destination for a memorable getaway with your loved ones, providing a perfect blend of tranquility, natural beauty, and convenience.
Other Things to Note
-> Villa Verde features 24/7 power supply, Solar water heating, and dusk-to-dawn solar lighting surrounding the entire front and rear outdoor areas.
--> The Villa is equipped with outdoor cameras to ensure your safety and security at all times.
--> Smoking, events, parties, professional or commercial photography are not allowed.
- A penalty fee of $3,000 will apply in case rules are broken!
--> As per Lebanese law, guests are required to provide us with their ID upon booking confirmation.
- A penalty fee of $100 will be applied in case of the loss of the parking remote control.
- Always check if the gas tank is open when you need to use the stove.
--> Please note that guests at Villa Verde have full access to the first and second floors of the villa, which include the bedrooms, sitting area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and all the amenities provided. You can make yourselves at home and enjoy these areas during your stay.
However, please be aware that the third floor and the basement area of the villa are restricted and off-limits to guests. These areas are private and reserved for the owner's use.
The outdoor garden and the pool are part of the guest-accessible private areas.
