- Smoking inside, events, parties, professional or commercial photography are not allowed.
A penalty fee of $1,000 will apply in case rules are broken!
- As per Lebanese law, guests are required to provide us with their ID upon booking confirmation.
- Always check if the gas tank is open when you need to use the stove or the outdoor BBQ.
-The apartment is equipped with 24 hours electricity.
The building is equipped with a private generator that provides electricity to the apartment without restrictions.
However, when the generator is off there is an installed inverter/UPS for the apartment with a large capacity of up to 45 amps.

8 am to 9:45 am
2 pm to 4 pm
To effectively manage your electricity consumption during the UPS schedule:
It is important to be mindful of your usage, especially when operating power-intensive appliances like the central AC, Sauna and Steam room. Here are some guidelines to help you:
---> When the Central AC of the living room is on, make sure to turn on only one additional AC split with it.
---> Turn on either the Sauna room or the steam room. Don't turn both rooms at the same time.
