The Space
Let me first introduce you to our building “Retro 67”. It is the newest residential lofts 3-time Award Winner, designed by the architect Andrea Vattovani it is located at the heart of Beirut’s historical district Gemmayzeh/Mar Mikhaël with an awareness of the past.
The building was completed end of 2024 and is today the portal to modern lifestyle in the focal point of traditional Beirut. It is trendy and fresh; It has integrated outdoor curtain system against the heat of the sun.
The Apartment:
Are you ready to embrace Beirut lifestyle? Then welcome to our bright spacious one-bedroom loft. The interior was carefully and smartly designed by the architect to optimize the space with elegance. Elements such as metal beams, concrete floors, and minimalist fixtures contribute to the loft’s unique character, blending urban sophistication with homey warmth. For your comfort, in our unit, you will find A/C (hot & Cold), Cable TV for entertainment, high-speed Wi-Fi for all your online needs, and fiber optic internet for a reliable and fast connection. Our Loft features an open-concept design that includes:
The Main Floor:
• Entrance vestibule with a guest WC and a spiral stair leading to me mezzanine
• Living area two-story high integrated in the space facing the TV wall unit.
• Open kitchen and dining space blends with the living space, promoting a social atmosphere.
• Balcony with Dining table, overlooking Mar Mikhael historical Lebanese houses.
The Mezzanine:
• Bedroom with a queen size bed.
• Bathroom integrated into the space.
• Working space with desk and a chair.
• Small Balcony
The "C" Units are the biggest 1BR in the building with the biggest balcony which you can enjoy 9 months of the year; It has an outdoor dining table for 4 persons.
The building, apartment and elevators have 24/7 electricity and security on premises with monitors and CCTV.
Guest Access
The building (Retro 67) entrance is from Remail street corner with Armenia and Pasteur Street, the hart of Gemmayzeh District. If you are walking to the building, It is not far from EDL building on the same sidewalk across the street from Doculand, a printing shop. Not to worry, you will receive a Google location prior to your arrival or type Retro 67 and let the GPS guide you to your new home away from home.
Upon your arrival, the security at the front desk will have your name as our guest to allow you access to the loft. The unit is 2C on the second floor on the left side coming out of the elevators.
Welcome to our 84 m2 Loft, you will find on the coffee table a guide book to help you explore around the neighborhood for Shops, Grocery store, good Restaurants, Pubs and Art Galleries. You will also find instruction manuals of the appliances and electronics available in the apartment. You can also contact me if you have difficulties or if you need any help.
If you are driving to your destination the building is easily accessible from the highway off of Armenia street enter Remail street on the right and you will discover the parking garage entrance right after the building entrance. Drive down to the 3rd basement and park your car on spot 2C, walk down the ramp few meters to find the elevator entrance to your left. Remember the loft is on the second-floor unit 2C.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all the amenities provided. Electricity is 24/7 in the unit and common area.

Getting Around
Guest staying at our loft have a free parking spot 2C in the third basement of the building. Having said the above, there are few public parking as well as valet parking in Gemmayzeh/Mar Mikhaël neighborhood.
it is recommended to walk around in this area, since everything is nearby, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and a variety of stores and art galleries.
