The Space
Our wonderful Mansion is made of two private Villas each with its own subsections and own amenities joined together via a shared garden and a huge pool.
It can host up to 10 people for sleeping and up to 40 people for any outdoor event.
It is an awesome retreat that has all the amenities you need and much more such as a fantastic pool, Ping Pong Table, Piano, great outdoor, and stunning view.
We need to know ahead of what the event is for as pricing might differ and so the amenities we deliver.
The first Villa is divided into two sections:
The Ground section has:
1 living room connected to the kitchen, we have added a piano in case you love playing some music. This space gives you direct access to the outdoor pool and garden
The upper section is more of a master bedroom with a double-size bed, own bathroom, and small sitting area with its own outdoor terrace that gives a view to nature and to the outdoor.
A lovely spot to watch the sunset calmly.
The second building consists of
1 open space where you can find a big indoor dining area,
1 beautifully decorated living room accessible to the garden
And another Cosy living room with a chimney
1 guest toilet
1 big fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table
On the upper floor
You can find
4 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Connected with a hallway
And access to a balcony
At the outdoor
Do note that these pictures are taken during the winter season, there will be an update showing the entire outdoor setup
You can chill in a unique chilling area with a hammock
On the other side
By the pool, you can find two shower areas, in addition of lot outdoor furniture to be added.

Regarding the Villa, it has its private underground parking and a lot of outdoor parking within its surrounding.

The Neighborhood
Berbara is a region that has its own story and major holiday. It comes with a story.
On the eve of December 3rd of each year, Lebanese people celebrate Eid el-Berbara or Saint Barbara’s. Children disguise themselves in costumes and knock on the neighbors’ door singing “Heshle Barbara wel ameh bel couara“. This Holiday refers to Berbara (300 A.D.) who escaped her pagan dad. Her father sent his soldiers after her because she converted to Christianism. It is told that she disguised and ran away through fields of wheat.
On top, it is located within minutes from Batroun (10 min), Byblos (10 min), and
and hour to Tripoli not to mention 45 min drive to Beirut.
A magnificent and calm area close to the sea.
Getting Around
Getting around the area is so easy. You can either move in your car. Everything is within minutes or even book an Uber or Private taxi in the area.
Parking in those areas is Free most of the time however when you go to bars, restaurants... you might be asked to pay a parking fee.
Regarding the Villa, it has its private underground parking and a lot of outdoor parking within its surrounding.
